1. About Caerus Latin

Caerus Latin is an online revision platform for pupils preparing for the ISEB Common Entrance Latin examination. It is operated by Josh Lamb ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. What's Included

A free account gives you access to the following content:

• The full ISEB CE Latin vocabulary list — searchable and filterable by level and grammar type
• Grammar and declension tables for all CE-specified forms
• Vocabulary exercises and quizzes
• Speed Recall timed vocabulary game
• Practice papers at Level 1 and Level 2
• Past paper links (where publicly available from ISEB)

Your account is for one named user. It is not a site licence and may not be shared across multiple users or pupils.

3. Content Availability

Caerus Latin currently covers CE Latin Levels 1 and 2. Level 3 scholarship content is in development and is not yet fully available. A preview practice paper is provided at Level 3 as an indication of the format, but this does not constitute full Level 3 coverage.

We may add, update, or improve content over time. We will not remove substantial content that was previously available without reasonable notice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Caerus Latin is a revision tool. We make no guarantee that use of the site will result in any particular examination outcome. Results depend on individual effort, teaching, and preparation.

5. Cost

Caerus Latin is currently free to use. If we introduce any paid features in future, we will make that clear before you are asked to pay and give reasonable notice.

6. Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us at hello@caerusrevision.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use Caerus Latin for personal revision purposes only. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with other users
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute site content without permission
• Use the site for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the site

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Caerus Latin — including practice passages, exercises, and original materials — is the intellectual property of Josh Lamb unless otherwise stated. ISEB examination papers are reproduced for educational reference under fair use principles; Caerus Latin is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISEB.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
